Professional DotNetNuke 5 Book
Amazon has finally posted the book cover for the WROX DNN 5 book my team is working on, and the release date is now listed as Feb 17, 2009.
Pictured to the right are Shaun Walker (DNN founder), Brian Scarbeau (MVP), Darrell Hardy, myself, and Ryan Morgan. This is a great team of Florida developers (all but Shaun, of course), who collectively have a very wide experience base working with the DNN platform.
This has been a challenging and very rewarding project for me. Challenging because DNN 5 hasn't released yet, and we're essentially finished writing the content. New features have been announced right up to the RC versions. Rewarding because I haven't done much authoring recently, and this is my first shot at a book project. Look for more in the future (VB10, anyone? :)
Stay tuned, as we plan on having a Firestarter event in Tampa, FL USA sometime in the spring where each of us on the team will present content from our own chapters.
